Sydney New Year’s Eve

Join us in Sydney, the New Year’s Eve capital of the world, to usher in 2011. We’ll kick off the festivities  at 5pm with aerial flyovers and Ted Noffs fire tug on the water.

At 8pm a traditional Indigenous Smoking Ceremony will cleanse the harbour of negative spirits as projections beam onto the Sydney Harbour Bridge pylons, followed by the Acknowledgement of Country, showing respect to the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and all First Nations People.
